Everything was great, even so a few employees were very slow. It was in a marvellous location walk from eateries and bars. In nice enough area I found a cathedral and a tower walk from the hotel.

I loved the place, it was impeccably clean & the staff were genuinely helpful. The location was perfectly comfortable, at a moderate distance from a state-of-the-art museum.

The property was exceptionally clean, featured lovely design, I loved it. There was outstandingly accommodating staff and the service was excellent! I had a good-sized and well-appointed room with view and everything was very good. A storage space and coffee were great.

They offer great-sized, bright rooms with hanging facilities and a large double bed plus AC. Fabulous restaurant, good food, people working here are efficient.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, as it was situated right in the heart of the city, close to all the main shopping districts and attractions. The staff provided excellent service, with room service and housekeeping available to ensure my stay was comfortable and convenient. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was soundproofed, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. I also loved the outdoor terrace, where I could enjoy a drink and take in the beautiful surroundings. I was highly impressed with the level of comfort and quality services provided at this hotel.

This place is definitely worth its 4 stars; it's a peaceful hotel with top-notch rooms and a great location, and we absolutely loved the stunning city view!

Pleasant accommodation with excellent setting near to Close to the river and the old port area. Outstandingly accommodating, incredibly welcoming people working here. The breakfasts at 8.15am.

Make sure you stay in the double room with lovely views over the park opposite. Top-notch service and the food is fine.

The room was nicely decorated with very comfortable beds, we stayed here for 2 nights. An air conditioning, an iron/ironing board and coffee/tea making equipment were a huge plus.

The location was perfect, just off the main street with easy access to shops and restaurants. The room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of storage space. The bathroom was impressive, with both a bath and separate shower cubicle. The locally sourced toiletries with honey were a nice touch. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel.
