Staying here was such a delight during my trip to explore the charming streets of Bayonne. The beautiful interior design of my room was a standout feature, cozy and stylish at the same time. I loved having breakfast in the lovely garden with live music, creating a wonderful atmosphere to start the day. Plus, the hotel's location made it easy to visit local attractions like the Cathedrale Sainte-Marie de Bayonne and the Museum of Basque Culture, both just a short walk away.

unfortunately, this so-called 4 hotel failed to deliver even the basics. The air conditioning barely worked and left one room freezing. I expected at least some sort of complimentary upgrade for my trouble, but of course, I received nothing.

The suite was spacious, but the parking situation was a real hassle.

staying at des basses pyrenees was great! the location was perfect for enjoying the local festivals, and the underground parking made it easy to explore. our comfort double room was cozy, and we loved the delicious breakfast. it was nice to have such friendly staff who made us feel welcomed.

i wish the restaurant had been open for dinner.

The hotel is in a prime location for exploring the city. The rooms are comfortable, with a cozy robe and real mugs to sip coffee from. The front desk staff went above and beyond, helping us find a local restaurant since the hotel's dining was closed. Plus, the lovely courtyard is perfect for relaxing in the sunshine.

Parking situation can be a bit tricky.

The room upgrade was a bit of a tease—like serving a cupcake with no frosting. And don't get me started on the parking situation. it was more of a treasure hunt than a drive!
